Cyclic thermal stress cause mold to thermal fatigue cracking. Mold temperature is too high, mold deformation;

When the mold temperature is too high, release excess volatile at high temperatures, can not form a dense film, could easily lead to sticky mode. The film mold temperature is too low, the release agent is not volatile form containing water, so that the release of poor results, but also lead to casting porosity, cold shut defects;
3, die casting mold temperature affect quality.
When the die temperature exceeds 250 ℃, the mechanical properties of casting decreased significantly.
